Intelligent work lamp with smart features: The intelligent HELLA RokLUME 280N SMART work lamp allows individual light settings. This enables the light to be adjusted to different weather or driving conditions to provide the right illumination for every application.

The smart features of the lamp include changing the colour temperature from warm to cold white and the light colour to green or amber, depending on the variant. Among other things, this can ensure the highest possible visibility in dust, snow or fog. With the help of the dimming function, the brightness level can be adjusted to the current lighting conditions, which also reduces the power consumption. Additionally, the intelligent work lamp is available in six illumination variants.

Conventional work lamps can be replaced with the intelligent work lamp in no time at all. The control unit (gateway) uses powerline communication (PLC) to send interference-free signals to the lamps via the existing cables. The RokLUME 280N SMART is controlled via the HELLA control panel or via the Human Machine Interface (HMI) in the vehicle.

The lighting and electronics specialist HELLA has further developed the popular RokLUME 280N work lamp for heavy-duty applications. The second product generation with six illumination variants will be launched in the middle of the year. As part of the further development, the illumination properties have been further improved with six variants which are adapted to different, specific work scenarios.

Extremely robust, extremely strong: The HELLA HypaLUME 110/230 V AC Heavy Duty LED Flood Light work lamp has been specially developed for applications where maximum load capacity and very high light output are required, such as mining.

The fully sealed and totally corrosion-protected work lamp produces an outstanding 28,000 lumens at 100-240 volt AC input. Current consumption is 300 watts. Thanks to the locking and the high-quality heavy-duty aluminium housing, as well as the lens made of the durable, high-tech material Grilamid^®, the HypaLUME 110/230 V AC can withstand even the toughest operating conditions and adverse weather conditions. It is optimally protected against dust, water, vibrations, shocks, and impacts, as well as salt and chemicals.

The durable, maintenance-free LED technology ensures optimum, uniform illumination, depending on the variant, in the close-range, long-range, and with extra-wide radiation. The bright, daylight-like light colour is particularly easy on the eyes.

Upright or pendant surface mounting is possible.

For the toughest operating conditions: The HELLA HypaLUME 24/48 V DC LED Flood Light Heavy Duty work lamp offers a powerful 25,000 lumens of light output and is designed for exceptionally demanding applications, for example in mining and on construction sites, thanks to its heavy duty construction. Current consumption is 260 watts. It is intended for use in 24 V/ 48 V electrical system environments.

Thanks to a special housing seal and the anti-corrosion coating of the aluminium housing, as well as the lens made of the high-tech material Grilamid^®, the work lamp is dustproof and waterproof, as well as protected against external influences such as shocks, impacts, vibrations, salt water, chemicals, and UV radiation.

Depending on the variant, the durable LED technology provides homogeneous illumination in the close-range, long-range, or as extra-wide illumination. The light colour, which is similar to daylight, ensures good perception of the surroundings.

Thanks to the integrated electronics, the HypaLUME 24/48 V DC is protected against polarity reversal and overvoltage. The thermal management concept prevents overheating. The work lamp can be mounted upright and pendant.

Highly individual: The flexible and extremely flat FORVIA HELLA FlexaTec LED light strip can be extended to a length of up to 100 meters as required. This means it can be adapted to the respective area of application.

FlexaTec is available in lengths of 5 m, 10 m or 100 m or 80 m (South Africa), and in both 110 volt AC and 230 volt AC versions. Depending on the variant, the light output is 1,200 or 1,500 lumens per meter, with a low power consumption of just 11 watts or 15 watts. The daylight-like light is particularly easy on the eyes and provides uniform illumination of the work area. In addition to the white version, FlexaTec is also available with a green or red light colour, which can be used as a safety or orientation aid.

Specially designed clips make mounting particularly quick and easy. The flexible PVC material complies with flammability class V0. The FlexaTec LED light strip is dust- and waterproof.

Extremely reliable: The HELLA K-LED Mining beacon meets the highest requirements for quality, functionality and resilience. It is particularly suitable for tough operating conditions in mining. Compliance with strict EMC standards ensures that no conflicts arise, for example with radio communications or other electronic components.

The beacon can generate a rotating and a flashing warning signal, offering a high degree of flexibility of use. The integrated light sensor automatically switches between day and night mode and always achieves an optimal warning effect depending on the ambient brightness.

Thanks to the efficient and long-lasting LED technology, the dust- and waterproof K-LED Mining has no moving parts and is vibration-resistant. The ultra-flat polycarbonate light dome is completely impact-resistant.

The ECE and RCM-approved K-LED Mining is available with an amber, red or green light dome and is suitable for hazardous materials transportation according to ADR/GGVSEB. The amber variant is also SAE-approved. It is mounted using fixed surface mounting or also using a pipe socket, as in the case for the amber variant.
